About Qibifang

Our History

Qibifang baijiu is produced in Xinghua Village, Fenyang City, Shanxi Province, China, the largest fragrant liquor production base in China. Xinghua Village has a history of brewing for more than 1,500 years. The water in Xinghua Village is sweet and clear, and many microbial populations conducive to brewing have formed in the air and soil, laying an extraordinary foundation for the brewing of baijiu.

Our Advantages

It is no accident that Xinghua Village has become the birthplace of Chinese liquor and Chinese liquor culture, because it has unique natural advantages, mainly good water. Another reason is that Xinghua Village has a history of winemaking for more than 6,000 years. For thousands of years, many microbial populations that are conducive to winemaking have formed in the air and soil of Xinghua Village. After long-term selection, elimination, and reproduction, these microbial populations have formed a unique microbial system for liquor. Beijing microbiologists have confirmed that the liquor microbial system has indeed settled in Xinghua Village and cannot survive without it! Microorganisms are the key to the quality of liquor, so good water plus a unique liquor microbial system are enough to brew a more mellow and fragrant Qibifang baijiu.

Our Company

We have more than 200 employees and more than 500 partners, covering 15 provinces and cities in China. We have 3 fully automatic light-fragrance Daqu baijiu filling production lines, with an annual output of more than 5,000 tons of high-end light-fragrance Daqu baijiu. We focus on the filling of light-fragrance liquor and herbal liquor, with a daily output of more than 5,000 boxes.
